Move, Heal,Rise
3 sessions to meet you where you are and get a plan on how to move forward
Service Description
This package will help you get your footing with your new lifestyle. Week 1: Let’s Begin Where You Are We’ll start with a heartfelt conversation. This first session is all about you: what you're living through, what you’re carrying, and what you hope for. You’ll have a chance to share what’s been hard, what’s working (or not), and where you’re feeling stuck or strong. I’ll listen deeply and hold space without judgment. Week 2: Move Together In our second session, we’ll move together.... literally. This might be a walk, gentle yoga, breathwork, or mindful movement. We’ll go at your pace, tuning in to how your body feels and what it needs. It’s also a space to continue exploring what healing looks like for you and what’s been getting in the way. Week 3: Create What Comes Next Our final session is all about action and alignment. We’ll work together to set meaningful goals and create simple, empowering steps you can take beyond this program. You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and tools that support your well-being both body and soul.
