To help us manage our schedule and serve all of our clients fairly, we kindly ask that you review our policy below: The 24-Hour Rule More than 24 hours' notice: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment completely free of charge. Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a $30 late fee. Need to make a change?
